In reply, India won by scoring 178 for 4 in 28 overs. At the same time, India also made a 1-0 victory in the three-match series.

Rohit made his comeback with a fifty

Captain Rohit Sharma played a brilliant half-century for India while chasing the target. Rohit, who returned to the team after injury, opened the innings with Ishan Kishan, added 84 runs in 13.1 overs for the first wicket. Rohit played a stormy inning of 60 runs in 51 balls. During that he hit 10-fours and 1-six.

Suryakumar and Deepak also shined

Suryakumar Yadav and Deepak Hooda, playing the opening match, added an unbeaten 62 runs for the fifth wicket after the fall of 4 wickets for 116 runs. Surya Kumar scored 34 runs, Deepak Hooda scored 26 runs. Allrounder Deepak Hooda made his ODI debut. 26-year-old Hooda, who played Ranji for Rajasthan, was handed over the cap of Team India by former captain Kohli.
