RCB vs RR: In the 13th match of IPL 2022, Rajasthan Royals (RR) lost the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by four wickets. Both the teams were face to face at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

In the three matches played so far this season at the Wankhede Stadium, the team batting later won. The same thing happened in the match between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore on Tuesday night. Royal Challengers Bangalore achieved the target of 170 runs for the loss of six wickets. RCB’s fifth consecutive win over Rajasthan was based on Karthik-Shahbaz. Former Captain Virat still couldn’t contribute to the victory. Virat Kohli only managed to score 5 runs without any boundary.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) registered a 4-wicket win against Rajasthan Royals in the IPL match played on Tuesday by Dinesh Karthik and Shahbaz Ahmed. It is RCB’s fifth consecutive win over Rajasthan. RCB’s team had defeated Rajasthan in four matches in the last two seasons as well. RCB maintains this winning streak this season as well. On the other hand, Rajasthan had to face the first defeat in 3 matches this season.

RCB won the toss and decided to bowl first. Rajasthan scored 169 for three wickets. Out of which 42 runs were made in the last two overs.

Got victory by batting brilliantly

Chasing the target, RCB at one point lost five wickets for 87 runs. But after this Dinesh Karthik and Shahbaz Ahmed came to the crease, took over the innings, and turned the tide of the match by sharing 67 runs in 33 balls for the sixth wicket. Karthik remained unbeaten on 44 off 23 balls with seven fours and a six. Shahbaz scored 45 runs in 26 balls. He hit 4 fours and 3 sixes. Earlier, Jos Buttler scored an unbeaten 70 off 47 balls for Rajasthan Royals. Shimron Hetmeyr hit 42 runs not out in 31 balls. He hit four fours and two sixes.

Shastri: Natrajan is the best pacer to throw yorker

Natarajan was missed in the T20 World Cup. Sunrisers Hyderabad team may have faced defeat in IPL match played against Lucknow Supergiants on Monday night. But Hyderabad fast bowler T Natarajan won everyone’s heart with his performance. He was bought by Hyderabad for Rs 4 crore. Due to injury, he was out of the field for a long time. Natarajan took two wickets for 26 runs in 4 overs. Natrajan took two wickets for 8 runs in the 19th over of the innings, which also included the wicket of Lokesh Rahul.

Strong bowler in death overs

Shastri said I am very happy for Natarajan. He got injured when we were playing the ODI series against England. He missed a lot in the World Cup. Had he been fit, he would have been a part of the team that played the World Cup. Shastri said Natrajan is a specialist in death overs. His yorker ball is very accurate and lethal. He has very good control over the yorker. And he throws this ball at a very high speed.
