Ind Vs WI Third One Day: The Indian team will be eyeing a 3-0 clean sweep in the series as they play the third and final one-day match against the West Indies on Friday. At the same time, West Indies will try to finish this series with their victory. West Indies may have lost the series, but they would like to avoid a clean wipe. More tangibly, ten World Cup Super League points are at stake, and West Indies are currently ninth on that table in percentage points. West Indies don’t want to fall from that place.

The third and last one-day match between India and West Indies is to play today of the ongoing series in Ahmedabad on Friday. The broadcast will be from 1:30 pm.

Dhawan and Iyer return possible

After winning the first two matches easily, the Indian team can make some changes in the third one-day. As they look to try different options for next year’s ICC World Cup. Opener Shikhar Dhawan and middle-order batsman Shreyas Iyer may return to the playing XI. Both the players have recovered from Corona.

Kuldeep may get a chance

Captain Rohit Sharma can also give a chance to Chinaman spinner Kuldeep Yadav, who has been out for a long time. It is still difficult to see Shreyas Iyer getting a game, even though he is out of isolation now after testing positive for Covid-19. Leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and spin Allrounder Washinton Sundar had played in the last two matches. Chahal may be seated outside on the third day.

Pant will not open now: Rohit

In the second ODI, Rishabh Pant opened the innings with Rohit Sharma. But the captain said it was just an experiment and Pant will not open anymore. Rohit Sharma has made it clear that Shikhar Dhawan will open the innings with him in the third ODI.

Virat and Babar backward

Williamson beats India’s Virat Kohli, Pakistan’s Babar Azam, and Australia’s Aaron Finch in the race for the best captain. England pacer Olly Robinson is named best rising player. He has taken 37 wickets in 8 test matches.

Ranji Trophy: U-19 captain Yash in Delhi team

Yash Dhull, the captain of the Indian team that won the Under-19 World Cup, has been included in the Ranji team of Delhi. Although Yash has not played with the red ball yet. But a selector from the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DCCA) said that we want them to get an experience of playing first-class cricket as well.

Pant gets best innings award in Tests

Indian wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant, who scored an unbeaten 89 against Australia at the Gabba last year, was given the award for the best innings in Tests. Pant played a key role in helping the team win the Border Gavaskar Trophy. New Zealand’s Ken Williamson was named captain of the year at the 15th Annual ESPNcricinfo Awards. The ESPNcricinfo Awards recognize the best individual batting and bowling performances in cricket over the previous calendar year. They are voted by an independent jury of former cricketer players, commentators, and ESPNcricinfo’s senior writers.
